Terms of Use

These terms govern this website. Last updated 16 September 2026.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is published and operated by BestifyMe of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“the Publisher”), the developer of the Android application published on Google Play as the 21 Day Habit Challenge App. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.

2. What this website is

It is an informational site about one Android application: what it does, what is free and what is not, how to get through a challenge, what permissions it needs and how to get support. It is documentation, not a shop and not a distribution channel.

The site does not sell anything, does not take payment, does not host an installable file and does not require an account. Every install button links to the application’s listing on Google Play, which is the only place the Publisher distributes it.

3. The app, the store and this website

• This website is governed by these terms and by its privacy policy.
• The application is obtained from and licensed through Google Play, so your use of it is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and to the app’s own privacy policy.
• Any purchase — including payment, renewal where an item recurs, refunds and cancellation — is a transaction with Google Play, governed by Google’s terms and refund policy.

4. Price, advertising and purchases

• The application is free to install and free to use. The free version is funded by advertising displayed inside the app; the Play listing carries a Contains ads badge.
• The listing also carries an In-app purchases badge, priced by Google Play at $0.49–$19.99 per item. The upgrade covers running more than one challenge at the same time and the removal of advertising.
• The purchase screen inside the application states what each item unlocks, its price in your own currency, and whether it is a one-off purchase or a recurring subscription. That screen prevails over anything written here.
• Where an item recurs, it is managed and cancelled in your Google Play account settings, not in the application and not through this website, and uninstalling the application does not cancel it.
• Prices quoted on this website are indicative, taken from the Play listing at the time of writing.

Where you buy as a consumer, your statutory cancellation and refund rights under the law of your country of residence apply in addition to the above, and nothing here limits them.

5. What the app is, and is not

This section exists because the category it sits in is full of claims that do not survive checking, and the Publisher would rather be explicit.

• The application provides structured daily prompts and a way to record that you did them. Nothing more is claimed for it.
• It is not therapy, counselling, coaching, medical advice or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you need professional help, please seek it from someone qualified.
• No outcome is promised. No claim is made that completing a challenge will produce any particular change, in any particular timeframe, in any particular person.
• The twenty-one-day format is a structure, not a scientific threshold. No representation is made that a habit becomes automatic, permanent or established after twenty-one days, and the Publisher does not endorse that popular claim. The reasoning is set out in the FAQ.

6. Acceptable use

You may read these pages, print them, and link to them. You may not:

• copy the text or layout to publish a site that imitates this one or the application;
• present yourself as the Publisher, or as an authorised distributor, reseller or support channel for the application;
• redistribute the application, or offer an installable file of it, anywhere other than Google Play — any such file did not come from the Publisher, and its contents cannot be vouched for;
• reproduce the challenge content from the application as your own material;
• interfere with the site: scraping in a way that burdens the server, probing it for vulnerabilities, or attempting to gain access to anything not publicly served.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, layout, code and design of this website belong to the Publisher, as do the application, its challenge content and its name and icon. Nothing here grants a licence to reuse them beyond ordinary reading and linking.

Android, Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. The Publisher is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, and references to Google Play describe the distribution platform rather than implying any relationship beyond that of a developer publishing an application on it. Screenshots on this site show the application as published on Google Play, trimmed of their promotional captions. Any other product or company name that appears belongs to its respective owner and is used descriptively.

8. Accuracy of what is published here

These pages are kept accurate as far as is reasonably possible, but software changes: challenges are added, screens are renamed, features move between the free and paid tiers, and figures such as install counts, ratings and prices move. Where this site and the Google Play listing disagree, the listing is authoritative.

Two things are stated deliberately:

• Install counts and ratings quoted on this site are those published on the Google Play listing for this application. No ranking, award, cross-platform total or monthly-active-user figure is claimed here, and any such claim appearing in third-party material is not made by this website.
• No user testimonial, review quotation or endorsement appears on this site. Reviews of the application live on its Play listing, where they can be read in full and in context.

9. Links to other sites

This site links to Google Play, to Google support documentation and to the privacy policy of the application. Those destinations are outside this site’s control and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement of anything else that may appear on the destination.

10. Disclaimer and liability

This website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Publisher does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud. Where you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Liability in connection with the application and with any purchase is governed separately, by the Google Play Terms of Service and by the licence under which the application is supplied.

11. Availability and changes

The site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, and these terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, stop using the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where local law provides it.
